Exchanges

Exchanging for another item, model, or color is always possible, provided it is in stock. Please contact us to make arrangements regarding this. The shipping costs for the exchange are at your own expense, both for returning the item and for resending it. After all, DUBBELOP has to pay these costs as well. It also serves as an incentive to prevent unnecessary back-and-forth sending of packages as much as possible. That’s better for our planet….

 

Returns

Returning because the product is fine but not quite what you expected, or for any other reason? No problem, that is possible. Let us know within 14 days, and the product can be returned within 14 days. You will receive the purchase amount and the shipping costs (if free shipping was not applicable) back into your account as soon as the product has been received by me in undamaged condition. Please note: The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.

 

For your convenience; As soon as you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you will receive an email from My Parcel with a link to an address label that you can print yourself. Instructions for payment and downloading can be found on the My Parcel page.

 

Please ensure that you return the product in its original packaging; naturally, we want to receive the product back in the same condition in which it arrived. Seal the package carefully and ensure that the address label is securely attached to the box so that the package cannot get lost.

If the item arrives damaged, the right to a refund is forfeited.

It goes without saying that if the product you received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we will try to resolve this as soon as possible.

However, please let us know within 14 days of receipt!

Claims received after that period will no longer be processed.

Damage during shipping?

 

We pay the utmost attention to properly packaging fragile items.

 

However, it is of course possible that something broke during transit.

 

Did an item arrive damaged? Naturally, we will resolve this, provided you report it within 3 days of receipt, including accompanying photos. This is necessary so that we can file a claim with PostNL.

 

Please keep the item and the packaging until we let you know how the matter will be handled!

 

I need 6 photos from you, namely:

 

A photo of the entire exterior of the package.

 

A photo of the opened package.

 

A photo of all types of inner packaging.

 

A photo of the entire damaged item.

 

A detailed photo of the specific damage.

 

A photo of the shipping label on the packaging.

 

With clear photos, we can submit a claim to the carrier. As soon as we receive the photos, we will of course arrange for a replacement or offer a solution. If the item is out of stock or cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, you will naturally receive a refund. Everything in consultation, of course.

 

We may ask you to send the damaged shipment via My Parcel. You will naturally receive a shipping label for this. I hope you will at least help us recover the damages. Damage causes a lot of hassle and extra work, which is naturally something I want to avoid. We try to prevent it by packing well and thoroughly, but accidents can happen, of course.
