WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you may return it.

Please read the information below and also see Returns.

Right of withdrawal in brief

The right of withdrawal for consumers means that you can cancel an agreement concluded via the internet, by telephone, or on the street within 14 days without giving reasons.

Withdrawal is effected by means of an unambiguous statement. You may withdraw both in writing and orally. Withdrawing in writing (such as by email) is preferred, because it is up to you to prove that you exercised your right of withdrawal correctly and in a timely manner.

You have a right of withdrawal regarding both sales agreements and service agreements. The right of withdrawal may not be deviated from to the detriment of the consumer. The right of withdrawal is also referred to as a ‘reflection period’ or ‘cooling-off period’. Dutch law speaks of a right of dissolution. In this case, all of this amounts to the same thing. Do you wish to revoke the purchase? You can do so within 14 days of the invoice date. After notifying us of the revocation, you have another 14 days to return the purchased item.

Send me an email and copy the text below into it. In your email, please state at least your full name, which item is involved, and the order number or invoice number.
