GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Pauline Barendse and Jan Matthesius

 

1) Ordering: After receipt of payment, your order will be processed. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

 

2) Payment: You can pay in various ways, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. When you collect your order from our studio, you can pay in cash or with a payment request. All prices include 21% VAT and 9% for works of art.

 

3) Shipping: Your order will be shipped by registered mail. The cost is €12.50 per package. Shipping is free for orders over €400.00. You can also collect your order free of charge from our studio by appointment.

 

4) Delivery times: Delivery times may vary per item. Jewelry in stock will be shipped as soon as possible, but within 14 days of receipt of payment. If the jewelry needs to be custom-made, the delivery time will be longer. We will inform you of the delivery time.

 

5) Cancellation: If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. You can do this by email: info@dubbelop.nl or by phone: +31 (0)182 - 385629. Changing or canceling your order is only possible if it has not yet been shipped. Jewelry that is or has been made especially for you cannot be canceled or exchanged.

 

6) Exchanges or Returns: Jewelry is made with great care and attention. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging with the seal still intact.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Send the package by registered mail with the accompanying invoice to: Pauline Barendse and Jan Matthesius, Lange Weistraat 1A, 2871BK Schoonhoven. (Do NOT include words like goldsmith, jeweler, goldsmith, or jewelry in the address or on the packaging.)

You can only exchange or return items purchased from the webshop.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, to your account within 14 days of return.
